At Earth Mama Organics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your organic apparel isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package the Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all eco-friendly tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is processed.
